With only 12 working days notice from receipt of the client brief to personnel arriving on site, EnterTec worked closely with regular client Joys Production Services to service their client’s specific instructions delivering a high impact presentation, accompanied by comprehensive lighting and branding enhancements promoting unforgettable memories in the idyllic setting at Six Senses Spa & Hotel.
Combining a fully in-house reactive production management service with sister company logistics provider JT Event Truck, the EnterTec team were able to promptly establish the most cost-effective way to get all necessary audio, video, lighting, set, stage, and branding elements on the ground in time for the event, ensuring delivery of a breathtaking event worthy of instagrammable photos, immersive experiences, and memorable content for all on site.

With Joys covering all aspects of the video solution from their own extensive equipment inventory, EnterTec contributed extensive lighting effects to compliment the panoramic Ibiza island hotel backdrop – including up lit trees, illuminated walkways, and a huge backlit branded DJ booth – in addition to the conventional conference hardware required to ensure crystal clear audio and a polished, executive finish to the main presentation set and stage build.
