KARA’s First Outing of 2018

January 5th of this New Year sees long standing JT Event Truck customer JT Productions utilising the assistance of EnterTec’s technical inventory for the first time. Our very own Jamie Reed designed and installed a flown KARA system complimented with X12 delays, X8 fills and SB18 subs to the Arora Suite at London’s prestigious Intercontinental O2 hotel for a week long corporate. Elsewhere on site, 5XT’s with SB15 subs, and HK ELEMENTS took care [...]

Winter Wonderland at the Savoy for Sytner

Our last busy Christmas weekend of 2017 was spent wrapping the Ballroom of the iconic Savoy Hotel in festiveness, supporting the marvellous Technovation once again for Sytner’s annual Christmas Party. Lighting, rigging, stage, starcloth, screens, power… in fact, everything except the Ballroom PA system was supplied from stock - installed, dressed, dismantled and removed in a 24hr period… although we did have some PA upstairs for the pre-dinner drinks entertainment too, to complete the [...]

Red Coats for Virgin Atlantic’s Autumn Conference

Straight out of firework season into donning our red coats, our five man team brought some corporate autumnal flair to the Bultins Bognor resort - supporting regular client Active Group by providing set, stage, lighting, sound, and video services for a three day Virgin Atlantic conference. Six stacks of HK ELEMENTS and a QL5 console covered the audio requirements, with a two screen HD rear projection set design up-lit with Miltec Batten II’s and [...]

Summer Round Up

We’ve worked on some fabulous events this summer – a choice few to mention include a string of festivals with Universal Event Production in Leyton, Chingford, Tring, and Walthamstow – plus our own regulars in Aston Clinton, and the inaugural August Bank Holiday music festival in Swanbourne. Check out our Facebook page for plenty more pics and updates of what we’re doing, where we’ve been and what we’ve been putting into stock: www.facebook.com/pg/entertecltd/posts [...]

Awards Treatment for Northampton College

One hot Thursday in June saw Northampton College provide their Daventry Campus students with an opportunity to receive recognition of their year’s achievements, and as ever, we were on hand to support the technical requirements to ensure things went off without a hitch. Marquee events always necessitate a need for additional tech support, all of which was no problem for our four man team who executed a seamless production supplying PA, lighting, video, stage… [...]

PA support for Think AV – supporting a Union who support the people

Our ever-popular KIVA II system did the trick once again to facilitate a significant event in the UCU calendar, providing Think AV with a bespoke PA system design at the Brighton Centre. Jamie took a handful of X8’s and 5XT’s with him too, to ensure every word could be heard throughout the event space by all delegates on a lovely warm May Bank Holiday. Other activities on our calendar this weekend included PA packages [...]

RIP Graham Taylor

We were privileged and humbled to provide PA system services to the memorial service of football legend Graham Taylor in February. Ensuring all attendees were able to share their respects to his memory, our technicians supplied a distributed KIVA II system to all those gathering outside, and a discrete HK ELEMENTS / 5XT combination in the church to ensure no words were missed throughout the service.
